Chief Minister Karunanidhi has been proving of his excellence in terms of art, literature and cinema over for a long time. “I am not sure about any person at the age of 85 still actively working on their foot marking achievements. Probably, they would be set to their bed and not even able to walk” said Director Bharathiraja who was present there for the occasion.
The event of CM Kalainyar Karunanidhi offering remuneration to the technicians of Ulyin Osai was held here before couple of days. Speaking on the occasion, Producer AVM Saravanan said, “This is the first time ever in the history of Indian Cinema, that a personality is sharing the profit and remuneration with the technicians of a film”. Actress Kushboo on her turn stated it is because of great personality like Karunanidhi; today most of the celebrities like them are having a good time. Such is his contribution for the well being of Tamil film industry.
