Well, right from the day, ‘Aegan’ was launched, there have been buzzes that the film is a mere remake of yesteryear Hindi blockbuster ‘Main Hoon Naa’. With the film releasing all over the World tomorrow, Director of the film Raju Sundaram has refused the fact that it’s not a remake of Hindi movie ‘Main Hoon Naa’ starring Shah Rukh Khan and Sushmitha Sen in lead roles. “I was vividly influenced by a Hollywood flick ‘Back To School’ and a Korean Film. So that shot the idea in me of making this film. Aegan is an action entertainer” says Raju Sundaram.
Earlier, Venkat Prabhu had just bluffed up that Saroja is a remake of Hollywood film ‘Babel’. This was simply to divert everyone from the film ‘Judgment Night’ and DVD sales of Babel were high. Similarly, producers of ‘Back to School’ must be thanking Raju Sundaram for DVD publicity with his word of mouth…
