Further trouble brews Seeman and Ameer

Though directors Seeman and Ameer were released on conditional bail recently they seem to be facing strict opposition from certain sections. A congress advocate has filed a writ petition in the Madurai High Court seeking an immediate cancellation of their bail. In the writ petition, it had been mentioned that the Rameswaram Magistrate court
had denied bail to Seeman and Ameer but they were released on bail just two days later by the Ramanathapuram Sessions court without mentioning the reasons for letting them out on bail. Further, the advocate, in his writ petition had stated that the duo’s speech had strongly indicated their support to the banned LTTE. The writ petition is expected to be taken up for hearing today (6th November 2008).
