Mumbai assault comes to celluloid

Movies inspired by real life incidents are no rarity in Kollywood. Recently the series of murder allegedly by a psycho killer inspired a film-maker to start a movie based on the incident and the recent law college violence is already in by itself in 'Suriyan Satta Kallori'. In the past, movies of the forest brigand Veerappan and Auto Shankar were churned out.
Now Kollywood is gearing up to start a movie on the terror attack that took place in Mumbai last week which lasted for three days. The fierce encounter between the commandoes and the ultras would be made on silver screen. Buzz is that director Selvamani, who gave films like 'Pulan Visaranai' and 'Captain Prabhakaran', might do the movie.
It would be an action-packed movie and there is a craze to start a film based on it very soon in the industry, say sources.
