“Dhanush was born with six-pack “

With the economic recession biting into their revenues, production houses are adopting ways to cut down on their costs. As a result, film events, written opulence all over it are becoming long forgotten tales. SUN picture's Padikkadavan's audio release stands proof for this. The movie's audio was released last night in the studios of SUN TV and was also broadcasted live.

The event witnessed attendance from Dhanush, Tamanna, Vivek and directors Suraj from the film crew and also Prakashraj, Aishwarya Dhanush, Selvaraghavan, Reema Sen, Ameer and Cheran. Dhanush, on his address, mentioned that Padikkadavan is an out and out comic caper aimed solely at entertainment. "The comic parts have turned out really well and the movie will be enjoyable at large," he said.
Vivek stated that a new attempt has been made in this movie in comedy and that the movie would be a turning point for him. He mentioned that while others slog and pump iron in the gym for six and eight packs, Dhanush is naturally born with it. His comment was, however, met with a shy smile from Dhanush.
Prakash Raj lamented at his lack of dates for not associating with Suraj so far. "Suraj has a very good sense of humor and I'm hoping to work with him in the near future,' he mentioned. Selva Raghavan mentioned that he 'wanted to laugh hysterically for 2 hours after watching the movie now that his pressing commitments with Aayirathil Oruvan are over'.
The highlight of the entire event remained Tamanna's fluency in Tamil. After having started with English during her speech, she swiftly changed to Tamil after receiving catcalls. Laced with her Hindi accent, Tamanna went on to say that she thoroughly enjoyed working with Suraj and team.
Reema expressed her awe over Tamanna's Tamil prowess and stated that Tam managed to learn Tamil in a short span of time. She also added that the trailer has increased her expectations in watching the movie.
First copy of the audio was released by the Executive Producer of Vijaya Productions and SUN TV's Saxena received it. The event was followed by the trailer release.
