International short film on Srilankan Genocide War


Pertaining to the cruel genocide attack on innocent lives in Sri Lanka, two Norwegian Tamil artists and IT professionals, V. Thamizhan and V. Thiraviyan, engaged in an attempt to create a documentary film… The highlighting feature about this short feature is that it is a material freely available on the Internet to educate their friends… The youngsters have said that it is a sharp measure to serve as a tool of medium for the Norwegian Tamils to communicate their message to the Norwegian society and to their younger generation.
The Short Film goes for a running length of 35mins that they churned out with the aid of those involving involving available expertise among Tamils in Oslo, Norway. Encourgad by the community, they evolved their attempt into a project to be utilized also in other languages based on the principle ‘think locally, act globally’.
The 35mins short-feature goes inclusive of the emergence of Sri Lanka with British’s foray. ASKER OG BAERUM TAMILAR INAIYAM, a community organization has sponsored around 1000 DVDs while with the support of other organizations, 2500 DVDs are being printed….
The short film has been first released with Norwegian version while works are going on for producing English and Tamil editions too….
