When Shreya was asked whether Kandasamy was a social or historical film, she said ,” The film Kandasamy is a beautiful romantic story. The film also gives a strong message to the society. This film is out and out Vikram special. My character is also superb. My whole appearance has been transformed in a different dimension by director Susi Ganesan.Susi has utilized the services of the famous costume designer Chaitanya Rao to design all the costumes. I have not so far appeared in such a powerful glamour costumes in the screen. The audience will enjoy seeing me in the stylish cute look.”
