Bhanu says that she has refused to act with Jayam Ravi in Thillalangadi. While speaking about this to media she said,” Currently I am not acting in any Tamil films.
I am only acting in Malayalam and Kannada films. After Azhagar Malai I did not get good offers in Tamil. I also got the offer to pair with Jayam Ravi in Thillalangadi, but I refused because the role was not suitable for me.The role was a glamorous one and it will not suit me. I will be suitable for family oriented roles like Sneha. As far as I am concerned I am not interested who is the hero or whether I will be benefited in acting in a film. I am concerned about the role and whether it will suit me.”
