Director Cheran seems to be disappointed with his recent release ‘Pokkisham’. With the film’s duration being trimmed, Cheran along with Padmapriya has planned to visit major theatres of Tamil Nadu where his film is being screened. Meanwhile, Cheran seems to have been disappointed with the audiences’ feedback as he interacted with them in Chennai.
Cheran says, “I have really learnt about the audiences’ psychology with this film. I just got to know that theatres are visited only youngsters below the age group of 25. As a matter of fact, they told me that the love I have projected in my film is much different than the contemporary style. According to them, if the present girl friend isn’t fine, they will swap their focus on next girl…”
Also adds, “I have been taught a good lesson about making good commercial films with kuthu songs, fight sequences and more off that sort.”
