Forensic investigations have confirmed that Sneha’s tormentor Raghavendra had indeed sent her numerous lewd and threatening text messages to her mobile. While initial reports suggested that the Bangalore-based business man sent her marriage proposals, this was proved by the investigators recently.
Sources say that with the police proving that threatening and vulgar messages were a part of the SMSs sent, a case against Raghavendra could be filed under the Cyber Crime Act. Speaking on this, Sneha said that she deferred complaining to the police for a long time but when Raghavendra started to send threatening messages she formally lodged a police complaint.
