Actor Surya has been almost confirmed as ‘Star of the year’ for his excellent success in box office. When the films of other actors failed terribly at box office, the star engaged his producers and distributors with good collections at box office.
His ‘Vaaranam Aayiram’ was released during the end of 2008 and continued making high waves till the month of February.
Eventually, ‘Ayan’ released in April was a tremendous success at box office. So, all the focus has been drawn towards his forthcoming film ‘Aadhavan’ directed by K.S. Ravikumar.
Udayanidhi Stalin, producer of this film has already started promoting his film vigorously. Meanwhile Surya’s another film ‘Singam’ has already started rolling and will hit the screens for summer 2010.
