Meera Jasmine had acted in a kissing scene with the new face in the film Adhinarayana. While speaking about this the director of this film J Vetri Vendan said,
” I had a doubt whether National Award winning actress Meera Jasmine would pair with a new face. But when I approached her she agreed to act after listening to the story. She had acted for 30 days without giving us any problem. She did not have any egoistic problem while acting with a new face.
In one scene she had to kiss lip to lip with the hero. When I told her about this she asked me whether the story demands it. I said yes. She asked me that how I am going to shoot this scene. After explaining to her she kissed the hero without any hesitation. We came to know later that she has so far not acted in kissing scenes.”
