Anjali says that she is not willingly acting in glamour scenes

Anjali while speaking to the media recently said,” Currently I am acting in 6 films. Out of this Angaadi Theru and Rettai Suzhi are ready for release.

The shooting of Magizchi is over. The shooting of Thambi Vetothi Sundaram, Maharaja and Thoonga Nagaram is going on. I hope that I will get award for the film Angaadi Theru.

Many are asking that why I am doing homely roles in all the films I act. I am doing these characters according to the story.I will be appearing glamorously in a song in Maharaja. I am not willingly acting in glamour roles. If the story demands there is no other alternative than to act in glamour roles.”
