Silambarasan has become very much sharper in choosing the scripts. It’s so evident with the way he refused working for K.V. Anand’s ‘KO’ due to some loopholes he found in the script. And again, it was same with Boopathy Pandian, who was supposed to direct his other film produced by filmmaker Lingusamy under the banner name of Tirupathi Brothers.
Now, buzzes are that Lingusamy himself has decided to direct Simbhu’s next film. Though nothing has been revealed even by his closer circles, it seems that the director will make official confirmations on the release date of his upcoming film ‘Paiyya’.
‘Paiyya’ starring Karthi and Thamannah in lead roles was supposed to release in February and with the unexpected success of ‘ASAL’ and ‘Theeratha Vilayattu Pillai’, the theatre owners have no ideas about releasing news films. Apparently, ‘Paiyya’ will be released somewhere in March.
