When Tabu acted in Kandukondein Kandukondein, Gowtham Menon was an assistant director. Gowtham had requested her to act in his film at that time. Tabu has also told him that she would definitely act in his film. Tabu was supposed to the role which Jyothika did in Pachaikili Muthucharam. But she was not able to act because of her call sheet problems.Gowtham was supposed to be a great fan of Tabu. But now once again Gowtham has approached Tabu to act in a thriller film he is directing now. Gowtham’s assistant Veera is doing the lead role while Sameera Reddy is pairing with him. The film is to be titled yet. It was also confirmed that Tabu will be doing an important role in this film. Gowtham said he was waiting for her call sheet. But all of a sudden Tabu has refused to act in this film. It seems that Sameera Reddy is the reason for this.Tabu has asked Gowtham to send the script but Gowtham has told the story over the phone. Moreover Sameera Reddy is the heroine and whereas Tabu has a small role in this film. This is also one of the reasons for Tabu not acting in this film. Though Tabu’s role is small one, the story revolves around her role only.
