Seasons and again, the inspirations amongst regional film don’t seem to end. The plots and storylines have been persistently picked. In the recent times, there were rumors pertaining to Vijay’s ‘Thullatha Manamum Thullum’ has inspired upcoming Bollywood release ‘Lafangey Parinthe’.
Here’s another interesting about similar scenarios as there seems to be a great connection between Ranbir Kapoor-Priyanka Chopra starrer ‘Anjana Anjani’ (Strangers) with Arun Vijay’s yesteryear movie titled ‘Thavam’. This Tamil movie was produced by Action King Arjun and it happened to be an average grosser at box office. In fact, ‘Thavam’ itself was a remake of Telugu movie ‘Itlu Saravani Subramani’ starring Ravi Teja and Tanu Roy in lead roles. The most successful Puri Jaganath had directed this film.
All these three films carry the same plot of a young boy and girl with more disappointments in their personal life deciding to commit suicide. As they reach the same point during a night to end their lives, the story takes a different turn.
