Arya Out… What Next Saravanan?

Director Saravanan managed to carve a niche for himself with his debut venture Engeyum Eppothum. This film’s Telugu dubbed version, Journey, also did good business at the box office in Andhra Pradesh. Engeyum Eppothum, incidentally, was produced by AR Murugadoss and Fox Star Studios.

With such a great start, Saravanan’s next project should have been a cakewalk. Unfortunately, it is not so. Yes, Arya was roped in to play the lead star in Saravanan’s upcoming film which is to be produced by director Lingusamy’s production house Thirrupathi Brothers.

But the buzz now is that Arya has opted out of this film. The filmmakers are now looking for a suitable replacement for Arya and once finalized Saravanan will get to wield the megaphone again.
