The director of Kuselan, P. Vasu staunchly believes that cinematographer-turned-director Priyadarshan would not have lashed out at him as reported by the press recently. It may be recalled that during an interview to a Tamil daily Priyadarshan had said that P. Vasu has compromised his position as a director to suit the requirements of an actor.
Reacting to this, Vasu insisted that one of the early birds to get a sneak preview of Kuselan was Priyadarshan’s wife Lizzy. After watching the film she had congratulated the entire team for the good work and based on her good words Priyadarshan also called up Vasu to substantiate that his wife praised the film to no end. Then how he could have made such disparaging statements to the press later, asked P. Vasu.
