The shooting of the movie Kanden Kadhalai has been completed on 26th July keeping up the scheduled date. The movie shot in 60 days in various interesting locations comprising of Ooty, Kodaikanal, Pollachi, Palani, Theni, Madurai, Chengleput, Tanjore, Sengottai , Kerala and Chennai was shot in over 75 different locations in these cities/towns, thus making it an interesting travel film, happening in various locations.
Kanden Kadhalai is an adaptation of Block Buster Hindi film “Jab We Met” and was made integrating the Tamil culture to make it relevant and interesting for the audience here. The film has 5 songs and they were beautifully picturized in eye-catching locations in the above cities and hill stations. All the songs were shot lavishly for visual beauty with large number of dancers and junior artiste with interesting backdrops and sets. The foot tapping songs, which were composed by Music Director Vidyasagar are going to be a treat to listen to and a must watch in the silver screen. The film also has interesting comedy scenes with Santhanam.
The team of Kandein Kadhalai is in the final post-production work and the movie is expected to release in the second week of September. The music will be released on August 14th in Chennai.
Producers G. Dhananjayan of Moser Baer and V.M. Lalitha of Blue Ocean Entertainment were delighted with the way the team of KK worked, comprising of lead artiste Bharath & Tamannaah and Camera work by P.G. Muthaiah, Music by Vidyasagar, Art dept. by Rembon, ably led by Director Kannan.
