Actress Vijayalakshmi has given a complaint against Directer Seeman, who is the president of Naam Tamilar party. In her complaint Vijayalakshmi has charged that, after promising to marry her, Seeman now wants to leave her. He has cheated by his false promises. So take action against him, she has urged.
