There was news that actress Simran wanted to work as assistant director to Mani Rathinam for the movie Ashokavanam. Simran however denies this report.
The movie Ashokavanam stares Viram with Aishwarya Rai. “I am a great fan of Mani Rathnam. I was a part of the movie ‘Kannathil Muthamittail’ which is directed by Mani Rathnam”.
Currently she is working on movies Seval, TN 07 AL 4777, and Aindham Padai.
