Dubbing Films making good business

Well, producers have been running behind mainstream actors for getting their call sheets shelling out whole lot of money from their pockets… But now, they’ve another big option instead of wasting their budget.
Yeah! It’s all about dubbing the best films from other regional film industries and fetching good collections across box office. In the recent times, Kollywood has been getting through such situations where films have been persistently dubbed. Anushka starrer ‘Arundhathi’ was dubbed released in the main theatre of Satyam and this hasn’t happened all over the time in the history for a dubbed version flick. Apart from this, Rajnikanth starrer ‘Khoon Ka Karz’ made in 1991 was recently released with 50 prints titled ‘Arasan’ and witnessed good response.
Sushmitha Sen’s ‘Chingaari’ has been dubbed as ‘Pey Sandhya, Thozhil Vesi’. Santhosh Sivan’s ‘Ananda Bhadram’ starring Prithviraj and Kavya Madhavan was recently released in dubbed version as ‘Siva Puram’. Certainly, with this film get-going with prodigious outputs, producers and distributors have stopped planning to make films with big stars. There patently looking out for more dubbed versions with good stories.
