Eeram Movie Review

Eeram is a perfect mix of crime and horror which has all the elements that will make you watch the whole movie with intrigue. Eeram is produced under the banner of S Pictures by Producer Shankar and directed by debutant director Arivazhagan who has not dissappointed shankar with a excellently executed script.
Eeram which means dampness has director Arivazhagan deserving a praise for justifying the title Eeram through out the movie. The use of word Eeram in the script and camerawork is superb.
The story starts with the death of Ramya Balakrishnan (Sindhu Menon), a young housewife whose body is found submerged in a bathtub. Her husband Bala (Nandha) is away on a buisness trip. Enter AC Vasudevan(Aadhi) who is given the responsibility of solving this case.

What looks like an innocent sucide, turns bizarre with several others in that appartment complex getting murdered. There is a flash back which reveals a love story between Ramya and Vasudevan.
All the actors fit perfectly into their roles and have performed well. Music director Thaman’s background score blends well with the thriller.
The movie is fantastically made by Arivazhagan and the director completely uplifts the hope Shankar put in him for directing this movie. It also has an excellent cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa.
On the whole Eeram is definitely worth the thrill ride.
