It’s not actually the greatest feat that could be marked by an actor, but we’ve got to praise him for the variations he shows in charactersright during the initial phase of his career. After making it big with grandeur in ‘Paruthiveeran’, the actor nearly took couple of years to complete ‘Aayirathil Oruvan’. The film portrays him in the role of a local coolie who guides the archeologists into deep rooted forests.
Well, in ‘Paiyya’, he does the role of a Chennai based gangster who clashes with Mumbai donenacted by Milind Soman. In Contrast to these roles, he enacts a different role in his upcoming film ‘Naan Mahan Illai’. Directed by ‘Vennila Kabadi Kulu’ fame Susindhran, the film started rolling recently here in Chennai. Nonetheless, nothing about the film’s storyline or Karthi’s character was revealed. But, the closer sources have revealed that Karthi plays the role of a responsible son who risks every part of his life to bring his dad out of troubles.
