Mammooty-Sarath Kumar starrer ‘Pazhassi Raja’ was supposed to hit screens on Oct 2 for the occasion of Gandhi Jayanthi. But due to unavoidable situations, the film’s release has been postponed to next week.
The film starring Mammooty, Sarath Kumar, Kanika and Padmapriya in lead roles is directed by Hariharan. A periodical film based on the life of unforgettable legend involved in first revolt against British rule features Mammooty in the role of Pazhassi Raja while Sarath Kumar on Edachena Kungan.
According to the sources, grading works and color corrections are still pending and that has delayed the film’s release. But, it will hit the screens by all means by next week.
