The shooting of the Utthamaputhiran which has Dhanush and Genelia in the lead role is coming to an end. Mithran Jawahar who directed Dhanush’s earlier films Yaaradi Nee Mohini and Kutty continues to direct this 3rd film. The film which is the remake of the Telugu super hit film Ready is being produced by Ramesh Tandra and Mohan Apparao under the banner Balaji Studios Pvt Limited. Bhagyaraj, Vivek, Karunaas, Aashish Vidyarthi, Jayaprakash, master Bharath, Mayilsamy, R Sundarajan, Vijay Babu, Srinath, Uma Padmanabhan, Vivek Vasu, Nithya Sita, Uma Rani and Aarthi are also starring in this film.Mithran K Jawahar apart from directing has written the screenplay and dialogues. Vijay Anthony has composed the music. Balasubramaniam is in charge of cinematography while stunts were taken care by Thyagu. The cast And Crew flew to foreign locations for a song sequence. The dance sequences were choreographed by Bhaskar. The audio launch of this film is to take place shortly.
