Kushi is a film which had Vijay and Jyothika in the lead roles. This film was directed by S J Suryah. This film was released few years ago. Now this film is being remade in Kannada with the title Eno Ondhara.
The film is being produced by Udhaya Chandra Productions. Mahesh is directing this film. Ganesh is donning the role which Vijay did in the Tamil version. Similarly Priyamani will don the role which Jyothika did.
Priyamani said,” Jyothika is my favourite actress. I am very happy that I am acting in the character which she did. Though I cannot act like her, I will take her acting into me and try to improvise.”
Priyamani has paired with Surya in the Tamil film Rattha Charithram directed by Ram Gopal Varma. Vivek Oberoi is also in one of the lead role. Priyamani is donning the role equivalent to that of Surya in this film.
