Billa-2 to Start From May

The producers of IN Entertainment and Wide Angle Creations have made official confirmations pertaining to their next big budget movie ‘Billa-2’. Earlier it was Vishnuvardhan who was supposed to wield the megaphone for this movie, but later parted ways due to his prior commitment with a Telugu project titled ‘The Shadow’.

The producers have now signed ‘Unnai Pol Oruvan’ fame Chakri Toleti to direct the film and he is busy now working on script along with the team of writers in IN ENTERTAINMENT. According to the official press release, the producers have announced that Yuvan Shankar Raja will be scoring music and the complete details about the rest of crew members will be unveiled by March 15 while the film will go on floors from second week of May.

Ajith Kumar is close on the heels of completing his present project ‘Mankatha’ that is on the last leg of schedule in Chennai.

Inside reports mention that if the film project turns to be a good grosser, the producers will continue making ‘Billa’ series in future. ‘Billa-2’ is reported to be produced at a whooping amount of Rs.35Crores.
